her rethink her relationship with Catherine.
==============================

I come home to the place that Catherine and I have been sharing for a year
and a half. I know she knows that I love her, but I have never said it. I
usually go for ditto or me too. When I get home, I call Lily and see if she can
take Lindsay for the night, and after explaining my plan, she is more than happy
to.

I put down the wine and roses before heading to Lindsay's room to wake her
up. I'll make it up to her tomorrow, but I need no interuptions if I'm going to
get through this night. I nudge her awake and tell she is going to spend the
night with her grandma tonight, and of course being a Willows, she needs to know
what is going on. I carry her and her bag downstairs to wait for Lily.

After they left, I sent Catherine a message to come home. I loaded the CD
player with our favorite jazz album that we dance to. I lit candles all around
the room to give me the perfect light. Afterwards, I went upstairs and changed
into Catherine's favorite dress of mine. I don't exactly like to wear dresses,
but anything for my girl.

I hear Catherine pull into the driveway as I'm coming down the stairs. I
hurry back into the living room just as she opens the door. I see the look of
love on her face as I hand her a dozen long stem roses. She is about to say
something, but I put my finger to her lips.

"Catherine, I should have told you this long before now. I love you Catherine
Willows," I said as she gave me a passionate kiss before we started dancing.
